The property is undergoing a major renovation so it’s a little rough on the outside but out villa was perfect, exactly what we needed, the pool was beautiful, easy walking to the next door restaurant and shops, and checking in/out was super simple.

The area floods as expected of an island. Many of the dining options open at 5pm and close around 9, 10, or 11pm. This area is typical of what one will expect of a touristy beach town except it is more quiet than expected.

Good location to explore Hatteras, however room is in need of repairs. Ripped carpet, rusty tub and bad odour that kept us up. Nice view and people were reaponsive for contactless check in.

The Villas are located in great location on Hatteras! Directly next door to Teachs Lair Marina and Hatteras Sol Restaurant. Rooms are very nicely appointed and very clean! They are in the process of exterior renovation and based on that portion they have completed it will be super nice when complete. I will be back to Villas next time I charter a fishing trip!
