Hotel was clean. Beds were comfortable. Front desk staff were very nice. Bar staff seemed annoyed that we asked for a drink. He was dismissive when I asked him a few questions about the area. So we left after our one drink. Continental breakfast had no coffee brewed or muffins ready. Waited about 20 minutes before someone came out with coffee. Only stayed one night. Price was right and it was very quiet which we liked. You get what you pay for here.

Don’t stay in room 213. It is next to a hallway door that you hear shutting over and over.

It was okay. The rooms were outdated. The heat could not be adjusted in my room so it was hard to sleep.

There is nothing paricularly good or bad about this place. it's a good value for Lowell. The rooms were a bit old, things seemed a bit dated in places. The location is great, right near downtown/ the canals.

I liked the fact that the hotrl was central anf the food at the bar was tasty. The room was clean, but the breakfast was a little disappointing. It was very basic.

Very comfortable beds and pillows. Very nice lobby area. Housekeeping knocked on door to clean room even though do not disturb was on the doorknob. Sink faucet was broken. Manager was very nice and seemed concerned. I would be happy to stay here again. I wish they had rooms available for the public for the Lowell International Folk Festival.

Not my fav
It was so-so. We asked to change room because there was a few bugs splattered on the walls but not yet cleaned up. Plus a few live spiders were on the walls. They did accomodate us with another room. That room was bug free but the toilet seat so yellowed of urine we did not wanna seat on it nor take a bath. Plus....we missed the breakfast since they did not mention to is that they stop serving it at 9h30am. Carpet do not seem to be steamed clean very often and the beds are so-so comfortable. The rental rate was very good so I guess I should not expect too much for that price.

This was the worst hotel I’ve every stayed at. Our room was dirty and had a mouse in it. When I called the front desk I didn’t get an apology I got asked if I wanted maintenance to come or if I wanted a different room. No shock no worry at all. They gave me a new room that had mouse droppings under the bed. Thank goodness for Expedia who refunded my money and I found a better hotel elsewhere.
