8/10 Good

Management and staff were very helpful and accomodating. Convenient location, walking distance to town. Stayed in a couple of different rooms during my stay, all were good. Recommend the newer upgrade rooms, very quiet with heated bathroom floors, bigger rooms
Renee, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Once again this is my third stay here and it’s all about location and view. This time got the suite with balcony and that’s a game changer, taking in the amazing view through a window is nice but sitting outside taking in the cool clean air is worth the extra money. I still believe the whole place is in need of some serious updating but is very clean and staff amazing. Food options still not great. But would be happy to stay here again
Stephen Grayham, 4-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Beautiful area! Walking distance to downtown and all the amenities
Thomas, 3-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Loved the staff, helpful as due to the size of hotel we had to get directions a couple of times from the lobby to our room in another block/ wing of the hotel. Staff provided a map and other and staff were helpful when asked. The view from our room was gorgeous of the mountains. There is path through a local park which is close by that you can take to the center of Queenstown with restaurants and stores. Ate a couple of times at on site restaurant and service and food was good.

10/10 Excellent

Would highly recommend the Junior Suite
Niki, 2-night trip

4/10 Poor

The shower curtain kept sticking on your body whilst taking shower - very unhygenic. The sink was getting blocked When I called Room Service for cutlery and a couple of dinner plates, I was told that there would be charge of $5. Never heard that before. The reception was left in the hands of a trainee, which is not fair. There should be a permanent staff monitoring and assisting the trainee. Overall uphappy
Deepak, 1-night trip

4/10 Poor

Hotel is very outdated. It was like a maze trying to find the room and it was no where near the car park. There was also stairs only to get to the level we were on which was not good with suitcases. The shower burnt us a number of times as it would just suddenly change to boiling temperature on its own. Our room also was next to an exit door and the road which didn’t leave it feeling very secure or private. I have been to Queenstown a few times now and would definitely look for other accommodation.
Luke, 6-night trip

8/10 Good

Thought paying for parking was over the top
Richard, 3-night trip

KA WAN, 2-night trip

Robert, 2-night trip

4/10 Poor

Unfortunately the hotel is tired and one of our rooms had a fridge making noises all night so person did not get much sleep! Housekeeping knocked on her door at 915 am, checked out was 10am!
Anne-Marie, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

They were very accommodating as we had to stay an extra night because of lost luggage from plane. Very nice people. Highly recommend! Room clean and comfortable beds.
RACHEL, 2-night trip

Overall all was good. Did not like the $15 parking fee nightly. Fortunately found a park on street. Needs totally refurbishment but bed was very comfortable and it was toasty warm. Wonderful meals also.

This lovely property was very convenient to Queenstown, had beautiful views, and staff were friendly and helpful. We particularly enjoyed an open balcony space on the lounge floor where we could have a drink and sit with friends. All around, an excellent choice for us.

Peter, 2-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Beautiful views of the lake and mountains. Close to Town. Walkable to everything in town. The room was quaint and cozy. The resort is older than some of the newer resorts nicely maintained. The lobby and restaurant has great views. No elevator available to some of the rooms so you will need to carry your luggage. They do have porters to assist. I would recommend this hotel and would return.
