Hotel was really close to Narita airport. It had the free shuttle bus you could use daily and that made our time in the Narita area very comfortable and easy access to the airport. Room was good for my family and we enjoyed our time in the hotel. Breakfast was great, would recommend.

Breakfast was great with many selections. The room and the bathroom were a good size but some parts of bathroom was not clean. The third bed was a sofa bed which made a lot of noise and not enough bedding. They had an indoor pool and public bath (Onsen) but you had to pay extra fee so we didn’t use them.
