Ha Long was the only reason why I decided to visit Vietnam and it did not disappoint. It's a well devlopped city with very modern hotels and plenty of activities to do. Beautiful beaches with a view of the archipelago that is unique and breathtaking.

The area is still developing and there's lots of undeveloped land nearby. Restaurants are still a bit of a walk away from the hotel or a taxi ride away - there is not a lot happening near the hotel itself. But Halong bay is beautiful.

Ha Long bau is very beautiful, so its normal that it attracts lots of tourists. Its normal see a lots of other ships. It's a woinderful experience!

"Spent 2 days with family at hotel. Would definitely recommend. Quick ride to boat terminal. Room was clean. Pool was great for the kids. The 2 ladies, Diem Phuong and Duong Hue , were of great help. Some staff can speak English and Mandarin. Hope you enjoy as much as my family did. Only thing to keep in mind that buffet breakfast hours are different from weekdays to weekends. "
