This was a very nice hotel. It was easy to find. Upon checking in, the staff was very welcoming. The process was effortless. We decided to utilize the self-parking, but there was no way to know that the car belonged in the lot. They didn't ask for any details about the car. The main parking lot was monitored by security, but unfortunately, it was the only time that we saw security. They did not patrol the parking lot. The parking lot is wide open, so it was a little questionable that security wasn't around late at night. One night, there was a group of people smoking at the top of the parking garage. It was also clear that the parking garage was falling apart. There were a few parts of the ceiling that had crumbled or were covered by a piece of wood. The room was very spacious, although the bathroom could have used a little bit of detailed cleaning. There was hair on the shower curtain. The few things to improve: the parking lot, safety, and the cleanliness of the bathroom.
