My husband and I couldn't check-in and were left out on the street in the middle of the night. Even though we called twice to warn them about our flight delay. They said "no problem, we'll wait for you". When we arrived the reception area was empty, not a soul around. We called, left voice mails - crickets. They canceled my reservation like 2-3 days before it was time for me stay. And since the rooms on here are non refundable, I was stuck scrambling at the last minute to find somewhere to stay. And the worst part is, they made it sound like the whole hotel was shut down, but I drove past the building and there were several dozen cars in the lot, sure looked like they were open. I think they canceled on me because there was a jazz festival in town and they could have jacked up their prices, but I got my room for so cheap. They are obviously still getting my money, and they were able to rent my room out at a higher rate
