The property is nice, however, we chose the hotel specifically for the airport transfer. We could have had an equally nice hotel experience elsewhere for much cheaper but we wanted the airport transportation. We were not informed until we went to schedule the transportation that they apparently do not have transportation. We were frustrated as airport transport was listed as an amenity in our reservation paperwork.

Hotel en remodelacion
Fue complicada nuestra estancia. Hice la reserva para estar en la ubicacion del aeropuerto, cuando llegamos para el check out nos dijeron que estaba en remodelacion y que nos habian movido a otra ubicacion inconveniente para nuestro viaje! Y al llegar al otro hotel, también estaba en remodelación! El staff se portó amable dadas las condiciones, pero no es posible que no hubiera un aviso de la situación para que pudiera evaluar si era conveniente para nuestro viaje. Las habitaciones limpias, pero incompleto las amenidades ofrecidas.

El hotel es cómodo, tranquilo y bonito. La habitación está muy bien, excepto dos detalles: 1. la puerta (corrediza) del baño no cerraba bien 2. una cómoda en la habitación (y no sólo el clóset en el baño) hubiera sido de mucha utilidad. Por lo demás, hubiera querido quedarme más tiempo, simplemente disfrutando la comodidad de la cama y la posibilidad de vincular mi cuenta de netflix a la tele (¡eso es excelente!).

El check-in fue bueno, la habitación y baño limpios pero desafortunadamente el personal de atiende al publico no considera las necesidades del cliente. Resulta que nos asignaron una habitación la cual está cerca de una que estaba en remodelación y hoy Domingo pusieron a trabajar a los albañiles haciendo mucho ruido con cincel, martillo y taladro desde las 8:00 am , se pidió que suspendieran el trabajo y a la recepcionista no le importó y siguieron trabajando; ni siquiera se preocuparon por cambiarnos de habitación. Hay que capacitar mejor al personal para se sensibles ante estas situaciones, además no se debería de asignar una habitación que esté cerca de procesos de remodelación y más cuando se hace reserva con anticipación.

En las noches que uno llega no hay nadie que apoye a registrarse ni con el equipaje, solo dejan una toalla por habitación doble, de las 3 noches la llave la programan por día y uno debe estar yendo cada vez a que la reprogramen, las áreas públicas están muy sucias y descuidadas

Las habitaciones del hotel están en remodelación, no hay elevador. Llegamos a hacer check in a las 11 pm con un bebé de 6 meses, la persona que nos atendió, nos indicó que nuestra habitación estaba en planta baja, recorrimos todo el hotel y en realidad estaba en primer piso, tuvimos que subir con carriola, una rampa y escaleras sin barandal por su remodelación. Pagamos desayuno y solo indicó que se servía a partir de las 6 am, al siguiente día bajamos 10:30 am y no nos atendieron por que había cerrado a las 10 am Al dejar en auto en el estacionamiento cuando llegamos, solo nos dijo q así se dejaba, al siguiente día por la mañana no nos permitían salir por qué no nos habían dado boleto. Varias luces de la habitación no servían, el teléfono tampoco servía y el colchón muy incómodo, se hundía muchísimo. Por el precio del hotel, esperas recibir un mejor servicio y atención.
