We chose this hotel because of the reviews praised the cleanliness… when we arrived to our room, there was blood on a pillow and a couple towels, crumbs and literslly hair balls on the floor and in the corners, mirrors were dirty, and the carpet and bed felt wet, and the room felt and smelt musty. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone

the iron in the room kept dumping hot water out instead of steam. we asked for a replacement in person at the front desk (because the room phone didn't work either) and was told he would check the storage and get one to us. It never showed up and no acknowledgement or apology for that. The toilet backed up and no one came to fix it. Luckily, there was a working bathroom on the first floor by the pool that we used until we could check out. Also not very happy that they didn't have an ice machine on our floor. Very disappointed because we have been traveling a lot lately and decided Hampton Inn was our new "go-to" but this one failed our expectations (that we have experienced at ALL other Hamptons) of great customer service.

Had reserved an accessible room and called before trip to ask if there was room next to toilet for a wheelchair and was told yes. Arrived to find not so. Narrowest room I've seen in a Hampton Inn.

This was my 2nd stay at this property. This trip I brought my grandkids and dog. Service and staff were friendly and professional. Our room was exactly what it was supposed to look like from the pictures. Loved that it was next to Wegmans, I was able to get food for us and the refrigerator and microwave were handy. The kids loved the pool. The kids enjoyed going down for breakfast and my dog loved running in the corridor 😂My only issue was the pool water was to warm. Other than that it was a good choice for us.

The hotel didn’t have the room I booked and we had to drive another hour to a different hotel. I am still waiting for the property to answer the call from Expedia so I can get my refund.
