Just okay
The location was really nice. My only complaint is this hotel is supposed to be “smoke free” yet a “female” was smoking weed outside her room. Disgusting. The room itself was okay. Not very clean. There was food wrappers and hair in the bathroom and bed. The breakfast was really good. Eggs, breakfast potatoes, sausage, cereals ect good selection. I just hope people can be respectful and not smoke dope when it’s an illegal and a smoke free place. It’s disgusting and inconsiderate.

Where’s the cleaning lady?
The hotel is very good, and so is the staff at front desk . But the maids didn’t clean our room the next day. We woke up in the morning and got out and when we came back, by 5 pm, the room was untouched: dirty towels , beds unchanged, all the trash pulling out from the can, used cups… they simply forgot to go to our room. I complained, the girl from front desk went there, apologized and took pictures . She kindly brought us cups, towels and so. But it was an awful experience, the room was a mess.

Worse Hotel Experience
We were on the road all day my wife was sick & we needed a place to rest. This place was a NIGHTMARE! Our room was in the back on the 2nd floor. I got my wife & 2 dogs to the room to find out the Keys DIDN’T WORK. I went back to the lobby which was now EMPTY. I sat there for OVER 20 mins. I Yelled at the top of my lungs, called the phone (never got picked up) & even walked behind the desk & KNOCKED on the door. Finally the woman that checked me in came out of some random door YELLING at me, Needless to say I cancelled my reservation but you know how that goes. THIS WAS THE ABSOLUTE WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!! Also there were 2 other customers in the lobby that also were trying to cancel their reservations

Check in was great, room was great, hot tub was nice because I was able to do some therapy on an injury, although it was pretty messy with towels scattered everywhere. Price was great. Breakfast was a very poor experience, because at the time I was there a lot of things were waiting to be replaced.

Good place for a quick nap
Front desk was nice and accommodating. I asked for a first floor room due to recent surgery and they had no problems with that. Room was fine although there were some unknown yellow stains on the duvet cover. We arrived late and did not really notice the two small stains on the covers until very late and we didn't bother to complain about it. Bed was fine and linens were clean as far as we noticed. Water pressure is good and hot water is available. They also have pool and hot tubs behind the lobby area but we did not use them. The breakfast is good and they always refilled it when empty even after 9 am. Overall, the price is good for the location and service.

Unpleasant
Why advertise a king with jetted tub if you don’t have it? Maybe it was a blessing since the place was filthy. I was skeptical of the cleanliness of the shower let alone a tub to sit in. There was trash on the floor, pubic hair on the wall of the shower and the body wash/shampoo/conditioner dispensers were goopy on the outside. I wanted to cancel my stay and go somewhere else - my car even - but I didn’t want to lose the money I paid. I was exhausted. I took images for Google and yelp reviews but I can’t even bring myself to look at them. I’m just super grossed out and ask management to do better.

Clean up the mold in the bathroom
Staff were friendly and check in and out were good. The room how ever had been flooded at some point the smell of mold in the bathroom was not good. Kept the vent on all night and day still the smell was not good. Tub had mold around the calking floor boards were damaged from the water.
