Rainy rooms
First room wifi wasn’t working, it didn’t have hot water, TV not working & when raining it leaked REALLY badly. Lots of hairs etc. from previous guests &/or staff & stainy towels. Second room also rained into & also dirty, but at least it had warm water [though next to no pressure on it] & working wifi & TV. The hotel has got lots of the British charm but cleanliness & maintenance fall way short for it to come across.
