Albergó Céntrale is a jewel in Lamezia. Great breakfast and dinners. Bruno, Lucca, Tania, Teresa, Stefania and our housekeepers all worked hard to ensure we had a pleasurable stay. Lamezia is not a tourist town, so there is not much English spoken. But Bruno and his staff did their best use their English skills and our poor Italian language skills to make our stay enjoyable. I would stay here again, if I come back to town. Parking is difficult. But restaurants, stores, and the plaza is easily walkable. You can get to many restaurants within 100 yards and more on the next street. The people in Lamezia close between 1:30pm and then open back up between 4-7:30pm Many people, young and old are our dining, and walking the streets until after midnight. And the streets are very safe. This hotel was totally remodeled with bright fresh white colors, wood floors, modern technology, good wifi, modern furnishings, and a nice elevator.
If you’re in Lamezia stay here, you won’t be sorry, especially if you don’t have a car. We found street parking, but it was challenging. Thank you Bruno and staff!!
