Great stay with Family!
This was our 2nd time staying here with family and it’s been great! We did need the sink to be cleaned when we checked in but the staff took care of it right away so that was nice. It’s not on the strip but we think it’s in a convenient spot and the hotel itself has great places to eat and things to do besides slot machines. Will definitely stay here again!

Only stay if you have to
Way too many families with kids. I couldn't believe that I could be gambling and small kids hanging around in the casino! Our second night there someone started beating our door in the middle of the night! It was so scary! We did not answer the door but we did ask what they wanted and the man said he was delivering food from outside the casino! Why would security allow this? Middle of the night food delivery! Our guess is that it was a lie, thank god we didn't open the door!

They definitely need upgrades on air filter for all the smoke. And having to pay a deposit for everything is ridiculous considering you are paying for a not so great room. Our first room, the heater caught something in it on fire and set alarm of, so we had to move rooms. I wouldn’t stay again but I have never been and should have really done my research! I would not take any kids here, the smoke just lingers everywhere.

The Experience that didn't deliver
The night I arrived the National Championship game was televised apparently everywhere except my hotel room. I called front desk, they routed me to technical support, I explained my issue and was hung up on. I wasn't too impressed with the unprofessional tone I received from front desk explaining my issues so I just decided to try and find an alternative spot. The first night I wasn't too bothered by the constant humming from the elevator but when it combined with the horribly loud wall AC unit I was just beside myself in disbelief. For dinner I decided to try the food court, huge mistake, the sodium levels in the food were bad, I couldn't tell if it was to preserve the food or to mask the bland flavor. The sad story is that I visited this hotel in 1999 with my wife and we had the best time of our life, $1 bowling and $1 beers, I wasn't seeking the same nostalgic feeling but I didn't want to sour my memories with this experience. Unfortunately the aged worn out Casino will never see the lights shine as bright as they used too. Highlights, check in and checkout were quick and easy, the per night rate is awesome on a budget, water pressure was decent, water temperature lacked regulator.
