The guy at the front desk who worked saturday evening was pretty much alone until a manager helped him, but even working alone he was kind and did not get upset that he had so much going on because they were so busy, we will stay here again and shout out to that young front desk worker, you did amazing.

My first room I took my shoes off on the carpet and I stepped in something wet... So they gave us another room, in the second room the shower had hair in it and hair all over the bathroom area floor. Yall this place is gross. The couches haven’t been cleaned I don’t think since they been put in those rooms. Cabinets had what seemed coffee grinds all in them, which you think they’d clean the cabinets before next guest. Do not recommend. I felt gross even after cleaning the tub and taking a shower

The first room we got smelled strongly of marijuana. Since there is no smoking in any of the rooms, I am perplexed as to why this happened. The staff was annoyed when I told them. Having a serious allergy to it and not wanting my kid around it, this was discouraging. The second room smelled ok, but was dirty. The sofa bed was disgusting. There was stuff spilled on the table that I had to clean up. Overall gross place. Very disappointed. I should get a refund.

I didn’t like that I my room was entered into by another person while I'm laying on the bed half naked and the staff didn’t treat me with enough respect to give me a call back with handling the situation after I called the dront desk to report what had happened. Room was clean, comfortable, bathroom walls old, some hair in tub, our bed continued to have a wet spot that continued to spread during the night. We paid for breakfast, they don’t offer breakfast. I just had surgery, there were no ground level rooms, it was difficult climbing 17 steps.
