We had a beautiful oceanfront room! The room was clean, peaceful and perfect for our weekend island hopping getaway! The property is in the perfect location with wonderful beaches. I would definitely recommend this property!

Stunning location

I highly recommend the bungalows, really took away the hotel feel, and our oceanfront bungalow was just steps from the pool and beach. Easy beach walk path south to get on the excursion boats. Pristine beaches. Live music (pleasant and unobtrusive) every night. Would stay again for sure.

Great location but..

Lovely location, but high prices for extras (e.g. Cabanas) and insufficient number of loungers even though the resort was not 100% full.

Terrible service

You have to pay extra for beach chairs and umbrella (never experienced that in a $450 dollar night hotel, Rosie the restaurant manager is rude and argued with me about my arrival time for breakfast where she was not there when I arrived and deny service of food for my daughter an me.

General, it is a good stay. The location is excellent. There are some small problems: no hand soap on arrival, we have to ask for it. We were told the room cleaning will be every other day. The cleaning service however was not done, we have to call front desk for trash removal and new shower tower.

We loved the trolley every half hour and how the beach felt very private. Staff was very professional and friendly. Shower was amazing (like a massage), comfortable beds, easy check/check out process.
