No, thank you. The property is outdated, the furnishings are worn, and repairs are desperately overdue. One of the elevators was out of service since the day before—apparently, it couldn’t handle five people (seriously?). The other elevator took a full five minutes to arrive—long enough to question all of our life choices.
Check-in was another adventure. We stood in the lobby for ten minutes waiting, only to learn the night manager/front desk agent/security guard (yes, all one person) had to leave to help someone open their door. Bless his multitasking heart, but one person running the entire operation?
This place is in desperate need of a renovation —or a shutdown. And the real kicker? We were told they were at full capacity. Full of what, exactly, is still unclear.
