I would have to say all the staff at the hotel are outstanding. They are personable and so helpful. There was no waiting for any request. This morning we left early for the airport. The kitchen was not open but the lovely lady who was organizing the buffet breakfast sent me on my way and 2 family members with a great breakfast to go

Stunning hotel in Megeve
The most beautiful hotel in Megeve, very cosy feeling to it and the staff were very friendly We received an upgrade upon check in which was a lovely surprise. The bedroom was gorgeous with plenty of space and a fabulous bathroom. The roof terrace was fabulous to have a drink and the breakfast was very good, a beautiful restaurant I highly recommend staying here, must be gorgeous in the winter.......will be back!

Beautifully decorated new hotel with diverse atmospheres between the lobby, chocolate lounge and rooftop bar, with very warmly appointed bedrooms. Most amazing hotel and amazing service! Really feel you are the “only guest” in the hotel. Would never stay anywhere else in Megeve! Location is also perfect. Roof top is trendy, and hotel guest are also prioritized in the buzzing bar. Spa gives a feeling of exclusivity since only guests with booked treatments can access.
