Well maintained hotel outside of Buffalo area.

This was a nice hotel to stay close to the Buffalo area. Clean rooms and pet friendly. Fridge and microwave in room was also a plus. Well maintained property and price was average.

It was like they were doing the bare minimal and not caring the staff smelled like smoke or the hall ways, the parking lot and hall ways were dirty, the night staff was very disrespectful making guests in comfortable slamming things, talking out loud that she didn’t want to be there and complaining. The house keepers smell like cigarette smoke. Not recommending this place at all.

Nice place to stay, everything was good. There isn’t an elevator to the second floor so we had to bring all our stuff up a flight of stairs, had I known, (maybe I missed it in the description) I would have packed differently. I wish they offered breakfast. Otherwise it was great, thank you!

The property was close to our location.While the entrance to the place smelt ok, there was NO questions, pot and cigarette smoke in the halls. The room was nice and clean and did not smell. A Denny's and Subway were within walking distance as were two gas stations. Staff was friendly, would have been nice if they had a pool. The place was definitely run down and need renovation, but I would have no reservations about staying here or recommending it despite the smoke and pot in the hallways.
