Reception staff were lovely, especially the lady who checked us in. The food was okay (wouldn’t eat here again though) and the room was really comfortable, lovely bed. However the bathroom was very dated and not that clean. We were here for an event so just needed somewhere to sleep and this was perfect for what we needed, definitely could do with modernising though for a 4 star hotel; especially the bathrooms.
