The hotel is in disrepair the shower the ac does not work the towels were dirty, it is loud and you can hear everything going on in all the rooms around you abd in the hallways the staff was nice at least. However i will not be staying here again. Only stay here if youre looking to go out and party in the surrounding area but not if you're just visiting go somewhere else

It's a great budget option for sure, at the price you pay you sort of yet what you get. The elevator was scary and the walls are not insulated, but if you're just looking for a place to crash on a reasonably comfy bed, this is your place.

Enjoyed my stay
Enjoyed my stay had problem with my card since had it on debit but transferred it to my credit card for deposit and were great help people at desk were nice and helpful and friendly i liked that the room had fridge microwave and even a toaster plus the shower was great and enjoyed all the settings after long tiring day plus bed was comfy

Area around the hotel is very populated by the homeless population and for the majority of our trip our son felt very unsafe. Hotel staff were kind and friendly. Hotel is undergoing some renovations and if staying on the 4th floor you must walk the stairs from the 3rd floor as the elevator doesn’t go to that floor. Overall price was reasonable and stay in Montreal was great.

Average room but ok for the price
Our room was really small and a bit dirty, the floors had not been swept or washed. It smelled of humidity. There is no soundproofing, you could hear everything that was going on in the neighboring rooms and in the corridors. The location is a bit dodgy as well. But for the price... we didn't expect a lot better than that. OK for one night.

It was very apparently recently renovated, and everything was clean. The elevator was a little scary, but other than that no real issues. The area around it is good, quite a decent night life just down the street but didn't penetrate the hotel itself. Staff was a little stand-offish but not in an offensive way, just efficient I suppose.

Really good value for money. It's location is its biggest advantage. I guess the rooms where renovated and look good overall but there was a element that can be improved like bathroom where the shower was slow and took time esp. the hot one as it was not good as the cold one. Overall, it's really good value for money and I cannot deny, we really loved the location and the room qualify for that price range. I would really consider this hotel again if we are going to visit Montreal Again.
