Excellent stay in 4 star hotel!
This is one of the best stays in Japan we have experienced. We are a family of 4, with 2 young children aged 2 and 4. From the moment we drove into the carpark, to the check in service, late night request for a diaper bin, until the very last moment we left, Sorano gave us a warm welcoming and relaxing feeling with excellent service. We are already saying next time wehn we visit Tokyo we will come back.

Super nice hotel, outstanding service and very comfortable! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is great, very close to Tachikawa station, with many dining and shopping options. There is also a very nice park right across the street. I highly recommend this hotel!

Under my expectation
When we check in, the reception didn’t tell us we have free coupon and parking. Until I asked later. They didn’t mention the coupon can be used for beverages only so we used the gym and thought we can deduct 1200 yen. We checked out we were asked to pay for the gym service. Everything is fine, especially the bed (little sensation when partner or child moved). Besides, tea could be taken out in reusable bottle to your room before checking out without charge. The location is near station and there is Afuri Ramen and supermarket near around. Full of convenience.

Fantastic large room with a great outlook. Elegant and quiet hotel. Just noticed a few black hairs under the floor to ceiling mirror in the bathroom when I wiped water from the floor (I am grey) Otherwise immaculate. Highly recommended.
