Warm & friendly welcome!
We had a really warm, friendly welcome from the lady at the reception desk when we arrived. Our room was comfortable & clean. The rooms are big. There's not a hug amount if furniture in the rooms but it exactly as pictures show and funtional. The bar area was nice, very quiet but didn't bother us. We had a few games of Pool which was an unexpected nice touch. This hotel was everything I would expect for the money, if not more. Great location to walk to the Marina where we gad a lovely meal at the Bistro on the Quay!

Super super clean, helpful recycling facilities, comfortable room, thoughtful touches, modern bathroom. Really really happy - exceptionally good value for money, excellent customer service with the personal touch. Will definitely return. Excellent base from which to explore nearby Suffolk coast.
