The place was lacking in general upkeep and cleanliness. Our room was in need of some repair, there were empty beer bottles outside the rooms when we arrived that were never picked up. There were dogs wandering around. The room had a gas range but smoke detectors were kept in a drawer.

What a beautiful slice of paradise! Plenty of amenities onsite with a salt water pool, access to the ocean and the nearby river, and the restaurant meals were so yummy!
