Carino ma non fruibile senza aria condizionata
La sistemazione, contrariamente alla descrizione nella conferma di prenotazione ricevuta via mail, purtroppo non aveva aria condizionata e la notte era impossibile dormire dato il caldo accumulato dai muri nella giornata e soprattutto a causa dell'assenza di circolazione diretta dell'aria (era presente solo una piccola finestrella molto in alto che non era sufficiente per il ricambio di aria e l'ingresso del fresco serale.) Il proprietario, dopo le nostre rimostranze il giorno seguente e avendo constatato la situazione, si è premurato di procurare un condizionatore portatile che ha in parte alleviato la situazione. Abbiamo però perso un giorno e mezzo di vacanza per risolvere il problema e comunque sarebbe stato impossibile trovare un'altra sistemazione altrove perché in zona era tutto esaurito. Visto il costo elevato della camera (125 eur a notte), non ci saremmo mai aspettati di vivere questo disagio. (Non essendo predisposta per l'A/c, il condizionatore è stato necessariamente messo in una posizione scomoda ed era parecchio rumoroso, ma almeno abbiamo potuto finire il soggiorno, anche se non nelle migliori condizioni) Il tipo di camera è certamente adatta ad un utilizzo durante la stagione primaverile o autunnale, non estiva. Tra l'altro, le altre due camere della struttura erano provviste di aria condizionata e una di queste costava anche meno (abbiamo prenotato la camera classic Peppino) Il servizio customer Hotels ci ha comunque ascoltati e ha fornito assistenza.

Io e mia moglie abbiamo soggiornato nel borghetto per 5 giorni in completo relax; la struttura si trova immersa nella natura a pochi passi dal parco nazionale dell'Alta Murgia. Nelle vicinanze ci sono tante masserie in cui trascorrere piacevoli serate. Il b&b è nuovissimo, pulito e molto curato nei dettagli, ha anche un area relax esterna in comune. Pierluigi, il proprietario, è disponibilissimo e ci ha giornalmente consigliato dei luoghi in cui mangiare o solo passare del tempo. Consigliatissimo!!!
