3 night business trip
Poorest stay in years. No coffee in room. Hot water in sink has to run 45 seconds to get hot. No soap. Liquid dispensers empty. Front desk said coffee back ordered and changing dispenser soap to another kind. At 4:30a in the morning the 24 hr lobby coffee was cold. At check in staff stepped away from me to look at a picture on a phone. Was poor form. I stay 50 nights a year and the little things matter. Breakfast was hit and fine and I tipped the attendants each day. Not their fault the rest of the stat was subpar.

We get a room open the door and it's Filthy and not clean. Dog food sitting out and disgusting. Go back up front, new room and it smells like a barn. Had to go buy air fresheners.
Asked for room serviced and that was a chore. Manager was supposed to knock some money off and lied. Wish we woulda leftnwhen we got the right room

Stains in bed
The first room we were assigned did not have any toilet paper and there was a stain on the bottom bedsheet of one bed that looks like blood. We were then given a new room which did not have any body wash in the shower. It also had stains on tub pillowcases, which appeared to be splattered blood. We also found another stain on one of the bottom bedsheet.

Think twice before staying here again
It wasn’t the best but it wasn’t the worst I have stayed at. The bathroom floor had hair on it where it hadn’t been swept, the bed sheets looked like someone had already slept in it, there was 3 of us and we only had 1 wash cloth and 2 towels and the tv would not work front desk said it was the cable companies problem and had no idea when it would be fixed. When we left still no tv

OK if you don't mind cold showers
Disappointed in the maintenance service. The hot water in the shower didn't work. We reported that on Saturday, but apparently there's no maintenance on Sunday. So, cold showers until Monday.

Horrible!
Hotel was horrible- do not believe any of the good reviews.
This property is infested with bugs! Not sure if they are roaches or bed bugs but regardless they were everywhere. We have pictures as well.
We came here after a 14 hour drive (checked in around 7) we went to grab dinner and came back only to have to leave at 9pm because the bugs where so bad… they got into all our clothing and inside my babies pack’n’play, we ended up throwing it away because it was that infested.
We had to leave- pack up my exhausted baby and older daughter, find a new hotel and then I didn’t have a proper bed for my baby.
We called the front desk and the lady was rude and didn’t care.
I will be filing a complaint with the city as well as the BBB.
I will also be speaking to an attorney as we still have not received a refund and this hotel should be covering my extra expenses and replacing my pack’n’play plus reimbursements for the 4 loads of laundry I had to do! Nevermind the fact I’m absolutely mortified about staying in any other place now.
DO NOT STAY HERE!

Came in late (after 7) to an overwhelmed but friendly front desk. The sheets on our beds did not appear to have been changed, so we went down and got new ones. Then headed down to a freezing pool and lukewarm hot tub (with no towels) and a shower that barely drained. My guess is that they are doing the best they can with an aging property, but it was kind of a downer.

Great Place To Stay for Working Getaways
Great little hotel. Several restaurants within walking distance as well as convient stores. People were super nice. Room was pretty typical but it was in good shape. Can't complain. The exterior of the hotel is not much to write home about but it has what you need. Oh and the breakfast was great.

First impression sold it!
My stay was phenomenal and I would definitely stay there again. Everything was clean the staff was nice the complimentary breakfast was amazing. The room was clean the bathroom was clean the bed was extremely comfortable the bedding was extremely soft. It was definitely an overall great experience and I will most certainly be back
