Bell hop service was aggressive about payment prior to returning for our luggage. Kept making sneer comments making uncomfortable. Mattress was very old and uncomfortable for renovated room. The comforter was old and very thin didn’t help with providing any comfort or warmth. Restroom was not properly cleaned.

No candles in room..be prepared to be charged $350
Beware...do not light up anything in your room.ie candles, insenses. I was there celebrating our anniversary..we light candles and incenses. They were trying to charge us a $350 fee for smoke in a non smoking room. The mgr pulled up reports on how the highly sensitive smoke detectors picked up smoke. So be careful...we fought the charges n won. Just passing along info

Good experience when the airlines screwed up
Got stranded in Vegas due to Spirit Airline and found the cheapest hotel on the strip for the night. Felt a bit far from the populated part of the strip (you're near the entrance) but had everything I needed for the night close by. Just remember... your Resort Fee will be more expensive than your room fee. Though, if you want a cool experience going up the tower, it's 50% off if you have a current room reservation so pretty affordable.

I had a decent stay. it was as advertised. However, receiving an itemised receipt seems to be the hardest task possible for the hotel. I have never been to a hotel where I have to be extremely proactive to receive the invoice. It's incredibly cumbersome and annoying.

Because there is a casino in the location it's definitely not peaceful (and it shouldn't be, it's a party place)! Lolfrfr I did a delivery on Vegas and needed somewhere to rest. Nice place for the price. If come to party and have fun this is the place for you!

Overall a great stay. Walls a bit thin on my floor as I could hear the people in the next room. Great cleanliness but to improve environment didn’t need to take towels that were hung up. Friendly and helpful staff. The view was amazing!
