Very lovely apartment and in an amazing location. Perfect and comfy bed. mini fridge and AC also included which was very helpful. Also daily cleaning was provided for free along with towels. Great property! would highly recommend to anyone visiting Naples. Nadia was a lovely host and super helpful. Allowed us to leave our luggage in the reception area and provided courtesy keys so we could come collect it at our own time.

Very friendly staff who couldn't do enough for us. Great location and the room was lovely, bright and very clean. We were given great advice about places to go, shop, eat and drink. You are right in the centre of all the noise Napels has to give, but the apparent felt like an oasis. There's a supermarket next to the station which was very handy.

This property was perfect! It was clean and spacious. The location was great as there were many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The train station is also within walking distance. The front desk personnel was extremely kind and accommodating. We were early and were able to leave our luggage before check in. We had an excision to do after checkout and we were allowed to leave our luggage then too. We were offered many suggestions for restaurants and things to do which was very handy and appreciated. We loved the balcony overlooking the street and enjoyed watching Italian culture pass us by.

We had a wonderful stay at Gallery Suites for our 2 nights in Napoli. Highly recommend this unique boutique hotel. It is Perfectly situated to walk to so many sites near the historic city center, yet tucked away a floor above the busy hustle and bustle of every day life of Naples. Clean, modern, good air conditioned. And above all, Nadia’s communications and check-in support is outstanding, without the need for a managed front desk. We loved the independent access like staying in a private flat in the heart of the city. Thank you - we will return sion!

Staff was SO kind and friendly. I arrived at the property around 5 pm and the host was there to greet me. She showed me around my room and sent me a guide for Naples. Very promptly answers too. I thought the room was very quiet, I didn’t hear a lot of hustle anf bustle from the city. The balcony was my favorite part, it has an amazing view. There is so much nearby that is walkable or by train. I am a female and I solo traveled.. I thought the location was very safe and I felt comfortable.

Where do I start? First off, shoutout to the staff — they were incredibly kind, helpful, and the only redeeming part of this stay. That said, the hotel itself? A complete letdown. From the moment my wife and I walked in, she nailed it: “It looks like a nice prison.” And that vibe never really went away. When checking in, I was handed a janitor’s keyring like I was about to lock up a high school gymnasium. The staff had to walk me through which key goes to which door, at which time, and how to even approach each lock. Key cards? Never heard of ’em, apparently. The shower situation was laughably tragic. They didn’t provide soap — yes, you read that right — so I had to lather up with the only thing available: shampoo. The “modern” shower fixture looked great in theory, but it was barely attached to the wall. One of the knobs came off entirely every time I tried to adjust the water, and the temperature range was basically hellfire to glacial tundra, with no in-between. Then there was the sink. Most hotels offer hand soap. Here? A bottle labeled Multipurpose Cleaner. Hard pass. The bathroom did include a sauna, which could have been cool, but given the general state of the place, I didn’t feel like risking my life for some sweaty relaxation. I just wasn’t in the mood to die on a Tuesday. All in all, the staff deserves five stars. The rest of the experience? One star feels generous.

Our stay at Gallery Suite Naples was delightful. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, who provided good service throughout our visit. They went above and beyond by sharing great tips on scenic routes to explore and recommending local restaurants, which truly enhanced our experience. The room itself was comfortable and nicely appointed, offering a cozy retreat after a day of sightseeing. The only downside was the road outside, which could be a bit loud. All in all, it was a very good stay, and we would recommend Gallery Suite Naples to anyone looking for friendly service and a comfortable base to explore the city.
