Horrible customer service
This place shouldn’t be at hotels.com. The service is horrible. We went with our family so we rented about 5 rooms and none of us were happy with the hotel… Water pressure is so bad they have to change the shower in our room. They have a problem with towels and didn’t want to give us a few more in a 4 people room. The girl at the front desk is very nasty at the point she said we stole a remote control and it was in the bathroom… the only good thing is the breakfast and the people who work at the breakfast place. They are super nice and polite. If we’ll come back, is never going to be to this place!
