Great wee spot
We had a fantastic stay at this city break hotel with friends. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and offered everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. We were able to borrow phone chargers when we found that our European adapters didn't work, which was a real lifesaver. The only small downside was that the beds were a bit too firm for our liking, so if you prefer a softer mattress, you might want to take that into consideration. However, this did not take away from the overall great experience. We’d definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a convenient and welcoming place to stay!

We stayed 5 days. Great, friendly, helpful staff. Adequate room, not quite enough shampoo, and the body wash was minimal and unpleasantly perfumed. Breakfast buffet was very good. The hotel was a nice walking distance to the old town and to Lake Geneva, which is beautiful. But the excellent and accommodating staff outweighed the drawbacks.
