Best kept secret for value for your dollar
Have stayed here prior but pleasantly surprised. All appliances had been upgraded and kitchen was really well equipped. Really great sized rooms. Will definitely be back and staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The lounge for guests was also a pleasant surprise with tea and coffee always available.

Great Aparthotel in a great location.
What a great place to stay for an ApartHotel suite! They allowed me to check-in early which was great as I just got off a coast-to-coast flight from Vancouver and needed a nap. The room was great and the only negative was that the bathroom extractor fan didn't work.... It was no worry for me as I just showered with the door open so the condensation didn't cause havoc. Overall a great stay and when I return to Toronto in the summer I will stay here again.

Decently comfortable, nice people working there, and in a good neighborhood, safe and close to public transport. The place was worn, needed a good cleaning, and the kitchen could use some attention: the knives were too dull to cut bread, there was no pasta strainer. The heater in the bedroom was so loud we could not sleep with it turned on. Housekeeping was haphazard. They emptied the garbage and one day made one of the beds?

We stay here whenever in TO for extended periods because of the separate living/bedroom areas and kitchen feature. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful as always. The rooms however continue to have quite a bit of wear and tear. Pillows and mattress could have been better. King size bed and I don’t even think they were standard size. More like cushion size. Water temps and water pressure were better than last time. But still not great.
