This hotel's location is fine but it is a sad, tired hotel in desperate need of updating, especially for the rates it charges. Too many other, newer choices available.

Good deal for the money

Wonderful, helpful staff and good security. If you want a gym during your visit - this is not a place to go. Breakfast is excellent and lunch time buffet very reasonable. Good experince and I would go back - maybe request a softer pillow earlier. Clean rooms and very helpful maid. Internet was available every time when needed. Perfect location for Bus tour company with good rates for ziplining and river rafting trips and a very nice gift store across the street. Convinient location to walk to the close by parks.

Better than expected

Very nice hotel, even has a casino. Good location, close to everything. Beautifully decorated, excellent furniture, good restaurant, gym on the 4th floor, very good souvenir shop across the street. Very helpful, nice staff, no language problems at all. They helped us with tour (even cheaper than in the ads and travel agency).

Great place to stay

This hotel is kinda secluded and it took a bit to get there but once you get there it is pretty nice. The staff was nice. The free breakfast was really good. The restaurant served some good food. The room was clean and comfy but not anything extravagant. All in all, I would stay here again.

Be aware of surroundings

I liked everything about the hotel, but was told to be aware and concerned about personal security in surrounding areas at night. Other than that is a great hotel, but no much entertaintment in it.
