We love love love our room. It looks so much better than in the pictures. All the staff at the hotel were incredible and helpful. They recommended a taxi driver and tour for us and he was awesome. I will be going back and will stay there and use the same taxi driver. We all loved it

Beautiful small hotel. Naturally shaped caves makes unique atmosphere. Staff very friendly and helpful. Downsides: air-condition didn't work properly, this was reported and we were promised, it will be fixed but it wasn't until we left. Hotel is located in a small village, away from all main atractions, restaurants, nowhere to go in the evening. Therefore car rental is essential.We stayed in this place 4 days, although breakfast is served from local products which is a huge benefit, portions are small and same breakfast is served every day. Very boring. Water in swimmin pool wasn't clean. This small hotel has potential however some improvements needs to be considered.

The accommodation was lovely and is in a good location for seeing the nearby sights, however the town around the hotel is pretty quiet. We booked a tour with the hotel which was very overpriced for what it was, we were sold a tour but actually we just got drove round and walked by ourselves round the locations. We also paid more to include all the ticket fees but no places we went to charged entry. They also tried to charge us €20 for an airport transfer when there is a shuttle that charges €3. They also stated that they charged €120 for a balloon ride so don’t let them overcharge you for that either if you choose to book with them. Overall nice rooms and setting but being overcharged and over sold for the tour tainted our experience.

Butik bir otel, lüks değil ama otantik bir havası var. Çalışanlar çok sıcak kanlı ve yardımsever. Tek sorun eğer aracınız yoksa ulaşım çok zahmetli çünkü otel nar belediyesinde. Merkeze yakın ama gezilecek hiç bir yere yakın değil. Nevşehir merkezin gezilecek bir yeri yok o sebeple sürekli taksi tutmak gerek çevre ilçelere gitmek için tabi bu da çok masraflı oluyor. Bir de otelde ses problemi var, dışarıdan gelen en ufak ses odanın içinde duyuluyor. Kalabalık ve özerklikle çocukların olduğu zamanda giderseniz uyumak zor olabilir. Biz ocakta gittiğimizi için sakin sayılırdı.
