Do not stay here!
We believed that because this was a choice hotels committed to clean it would be fine. We were so wrong. This place works as housing for the farm workers that pick apples in the area farms. There was blood in bed sheets, mold everywhere, blinds were broken, a needle stuck in the lamp, bugs that we’ve never seen before crawling inside of the room, holes in the sheets, electrical outlets were exposed. My kids got in and started to cry. The property is a dump. Trash everywhere outside, no front desk, sketch people hanging out and smoking in the parking lot. I honestly don’t know how choice allows a place like this to be related to their brand. We ended up leaving, stay far, it’s a trap! And they won’t refund your money.

When I got there there was none to be seen. They had a sign that they went out of business. And had to go pay for another hotel and more. And they are still up promoting that they are open.

They have closed down. Never received any type of notification regarding any cancellation of my booking. Once I arrived, only a note notification was left on the door.

I was too tired to ask for assistance
The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The lbaseboard was peeling off the wall. There was paint all over everything. The staff was amazingly friendly and had I not been so tired I am sure if I asked the state of the room would have been remedied

There was nothing I liked about this property. The bed cover had holes in it, the TV remote didn't work, I had to tighten the shower head to keep water from spraying all over, the shower drain cover was broken. Checked in around 1:30 am after work. At the office you had to push a door bell for service which is not uncommon, but no one answered and ended being helped by what appeared to be a random guest guest. I went to take a shower and discovered there was no bath towel for floor towel, only a hand towel and wash cloth so used the hand towel to dry off and the wash cloth as a floor towel. Not having time to stop by the office the next morning ended up skipping the shower after work and was going to go the office in the morning to get more towels before the 1100 am check out time. Went to the office around 0930 only to find an out of the office sign on the door. I checked at the office again around 1030 with the sign still up. Needless to say I never got my towels or spoke to anyone on the property.

There were no blankets, no phone, no remote control. There was a hole kicked in the bathroom door, the window lock was shaky and the screen bent out of shape so it could be easily removed or had been… the bathroom shower stall wasn’t clean enough to be comfortable using and the coffee pot was broken and wouldn’t brew. The stairs on the building were a tripping hazard for sure! My daughter almost fell down them when her shoe caught on the janky trim.

Do not stay here!! Our room was awful. I'm hoping that they were in the middle of remodeling it and decided to go ahead and rent it to take advantage of the concert crowd. Paint overspray on EVERYTHING even the TV remote! Shower curtain on the floor of the shower as the bar didn't fit. Dust and grime everywhere. Peeled off floor moulding. Drywall dust all over the place. At least I HOPE that's what it was? Dried blood on the back of the room curtain held up by approximately 4 hooks. A chair that had so much crust and I don't know what else that we could not sit on it. Luckily we put our luggage back in the car for the concert due to the sketchy people in the parking lot. As when we returned at 2am our door was open!!! No other options at that point so we kept our gun close and shoved a table in front of the door.

I made a reservation as this was the only hotel available near a concert I was attending. I arrived at the hotel and the door to check in was locked. I called multiple times the number posted on their door. No one answer and then it provided a different number to call. I called multiple times that number as well and no one answered as well. I was left to sleep in my car on the street in a town I wasn’t familiar with. I would have booked a different hotel, but no one had rooms available due to the major concert in the area if I had to guess. A hotel should have personal at their front desk 24/7.

Yikes.
I'm no stranger to cheap hotels on the road. This one was awful. Several emails I received up to the day said check in was at 1pm. We arrived after 2pm to see most of the rooms still being cleaned. The office was locked and a paper was taped to the door with a phone number. At this point another group of folks had arrived to wait for their room as well. Needing to leave to an event soon, we called the number and the person who answered let us know that check in wouldn't be until 3pm. All of us had emails stating check in was at 1pm. Once she arrived she never asked for ID or confirmation number to check in, but gave us our key and sent us over. The door was open when we walked in. There were no towels, but the shower was absolutely disgusting so we wouldn't have used it anyway. There has a half of a roll of toilet paper and one empty roll. There were holes in the walls, missing paint, and a funky smell outside of typical "old hotel" stank. We didn't plan to use the pool, but couldn't have anyway since it was filled with black swampy gunk. When we got back that night the parking lot was overfilled, with some cars double parked. We ended up parking several blocks away from the hotel. We could clearly hear our neighbors snoring next door. The bed was incredibly loud and unstable. We're not very big people but we're a little afraid it would collapse if we moved too much. The pillows were so thin we had to fold them in half. We could've slept in the car and saved the money.

It was absolutely filthy. We had no working toilet, no towels, no pillows, dirty bedding. We had to go to the store and purchase our own pillows and bedding and clean the room. Our toilet never did work. We had no shower curtain. Two rooms and both in the same condition. Absolutely awful.

This place is like something out of a movie scene….there was one panel of curtain in our room (for a window that needed 4), there were no towels or washcloths (they were sending someone to Walmart to get some more) check in was 1:00, we got there at 4:00 and the room still wasn’t clean. The bathroom sink didn’t work and the plumbing was left on the floor. They took random blankets and pillows from other uncleaned rooms to give to us. The floors were so dirty I put gloves on to push myself in my wheelchair so I didn’t touch anything. Nothing at all is wheelchair accessible here. Not the bathrooms, not the office, nothing. There is free parking, but the staff took up most of it so we had to park on the street. There were tv’s in some rooms but no remotes or available channels to watch. We ended up eating the cost of the room and driving an hour and a half out of our way to pay $400 for a different room. And showered as soon as we got to it. I’ve stayed in some sketchy/dive places before, but this almost seemed like a prank being pulled on us, it was that bad.

Spend the money to stay somewhere else.
We arrived at 5 and our room wasn't ready. The walls were filthy and the floors hadnt been cleaned in a while. There was a hole in the bathroom door and the smoke alarm was sitting on the shelf in the closet. There was hair on the tub and empty shampoo bottles and soap from the prior guest. The shower took 10 minutes for the how water to work but then only got warm. I never turned in the cold water. They had to go buy more towels for our room because they didn't have any clean. Then the ceiling leaked on the towels we hadnt used yet. The sheets on the bed were stained and smelled. I'm not sure they were clean. We had to sleep on top of the blanket just in case. If there would have been another place with a vacancy we would have just left. It wasnt worth half of what we paid. Lesson learned.

Ohhh man what a mess. SMH
From check in to check out it was a mess. The hotel had obviously been used as long term rentals, holes in the walls, miss matched and well used linens, mold/mildew in the bathroom, no pillows, no outlet for the coffee maker, dirty walls/light switches. The door was wide open when we arrived and the front desk was obviously overwhelmed with many other complaints from other guests with similar issues. The front office was closed during “open hours” with no signs saying when they would return and they didn’t answer the phone number that was left on the front door in case of needing an attendant. The front steps going into the office had empty liquor bottles and trash strewn about. Would not have stayed if it weren’t for every hotel in the area being sold out for the Stevie Nicks concert.

1) no one attending the lobby--responded as an 'on call' basis and may or may not pick up the phone. 2) lots of activity in the parking lot that created a noisy atmosphere (eg people working on their trucks, cars getting towed, people yelling); walls are very thin. 3) the room walls, floors, and bathroom showers are coated in a dirt/grime. 4) bathroom didnt have shower curtains or toilet paper on arrival. I called and received toilet paper after asking. 5) the bathroom and parking lot reeked of a 'chemical' smell; cant identify it, but was evident in the middle of the night in the room, and constantly there in the bathroom. 6) water pressure and temperature were very low. 7) had a hotel employee try to enter my room while I was in it (as if they didnt check to see I had booked for multiple nights) 8) a small drop of what appeared to be blood on the sheet of one of the beds. The other bed was fine, but had a small hole cut out of the comforter. I dont have anything positive to mention here and will not be returning.
