O Hotel encontra-se no centro, localização de facil deslocamento para busca de outros serviços. A cidade é desprovida de maiores recursos pra turistas pois tanto a hotelaria como gastronomia aparenta ser simples e rústica sem maiores sofisticações pra atender a grupos mais exigentes. O atendimento da recepção no hotel é atenciosa e calorosa. Os funcionários são simpáticos mas o quarto fica a desejar nos aspectos de qualidade e cuidados com lençóis e toalhas. Os lençóis parecem ser menores do que o necessário e não cobrem o colchão como devem aparentando um grave descuido de higiene e desleixo com o hospedes. Esse item precisa melhorar urgente. A sensação que tive foi de que estava dormindo em cima do colchão onde varias outras pessoas dormiram do mesmo jeito...me senti desconfortável por isso... O cafe da manhã é simples com o básico necessário. Duas opções de frutas, pão, queijo e presunto (um dia não houve), cuscuz, salsicha e dois tipos de bolos... e lógico cafe com leite e dois sucos...simples mas nada a contestar... Apesar de td desfrutei bastante da Serra da Capivara...
