Excellent staff and amazing location but bad for business meetings. There is no lobby, no tables or sofas to sit for a meeting like in every other hotel. There is a bar area in the basement which opens at 12 so I did not know where to have meetings and I ended up going to a coffee shop nearby which was quite embarrassing with my customers. What is supposed to be the lobby is another entrance to a shopping mall. The moment you enter you have the feeling they want you to shop. Even next to the check in counter there is a shop. I went by the pool once with the laptop but over there the wifi is so poor that is impossible to work. The hotel was packed with people but definitely not for me as I don’t consider this a five star hotel. So no more Marriott for me!

Great stay with a few tweaks Excellent location and very clean rooms. Staff were helpful, supportive, and respectful throughout. Breakfast had good variety and the team serving was kind, but the dining area felt a bit like a dungeon – adding some greenery and flowers would make the presentation much more appealing. The pool area is nice, but more tall trees for privacy would help since you can see into a nearby building. Also, the corridor AC was extremely cold – 17°C coming in from 33°C outside was a bit much; 20°C would be more comfortable. Overall, a very nice stay.

First time checking in to JW KL and I’m satisfied with the stay except there isn’t any long handled shoehorn. Overall stay is good with good bed to rest and the noise is not too disturbing as it’s facing the road. Home attendant are friendly and very responsible in their work to ensure the room is cleaned. No regrets in staying here for 3 nights and I like the gym. It’s spacious. There’s a good variety spread for breakfast too.

Was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to an exceptionally large suite, complete with a separate bedroom, living room, and even a powder room — far more space than expected and perfect for relaxing after a day out. The room itself was spotless and supremely comfortable throughout our stay. The rainshower deserves a special mention — easily one of the best I’ve experienced, with fantastic volume and pressure that made every shower feel like a treat. The aircon and climate control were also spot on, keeping the suite perfectly cool without ever feeling overly cold. A nice touch was the turndown service each evening, which made the room feel even more inviting and comfortable to come back to. For anyone who likes to keep up with fitness while traveling, the gym is very well equipped with great views. Location-wise, it doesn’t get much better: Pavilion Mall is just across the street, making shopping, dining, and exploring incredibly convenient. Overall, a fantastic stay with spacious accommodations, thoughtful service, and an unbeatable location. A must stay for anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur.
