During our stay, my brother left his cell phone in the taxi we took to K11 Artus from some place in HK. We paid the fee by cash and didn't take the receipt. Nor did we remember the driver's name or the taxi's plate #. We asked the staff of the hotel, name Wales if any driver brought back a cell phone to the hotel. They told us no one ever brought the cell phone to them, but they would see what they can do. Since we didn't have the receipt nor did we remember the taxi's plate# or the driver's name, he and his coworker immediately asked the security department to check video record trying to find out the taxi's plate # so to be able to contact the driver. Although we at last contacted the taxi driver though the cell phone's lost/found app and the driver helped to bring back the cell phone to us, the quick action and would-help attitude from the staff, Wales and his coworker really impress us, and we really appreciate it. The instance made us feel good being the guest of the hotel. Besides, the harbor view from the hotel is really so impressive as well. We highly recommend the hotel! And we shall stay in K11 for our next visit to HK.
