They try to please….
The room was very clean and the bathroom was remodeled. The only problem I had was that the deadbolt lock was stuck and I had trouble unlocking the door. The front desk clerk was very attentive though. Also I felt that the mattress was too hard and uncomfortable.

Its not bad no complaints besides housekeeping things bc i work in housekeeping and got experience in cleaning the toilet could have been cleaned better and the bathtub i noticed it has couple hairs everything else was good wifi works fast, Nice big tv on the wall, cozy bed, working ac unit plus heat i would book again and the price is good especially if u got discounts or points

This is not a hotel, it's a 2 story motel. There's one entrance for the whole building, and no elevator, so you to carry all your luggage through the lobby and up/down stairs. The room appeared fairly clean, and had a mini fridge and microwave. There were no Kleenex/tissues at all, only a tiny little pack of soap/shampoo, and no toilet paper (other than the nearly empty roll already on the holder). I had to request toilet paper at the front desk, which was pretty embarrassing. The bath towels are tiny, but you do get several of them, so you can manage a shower if you use them all. The mattress on the bed was awful; cheap, squeaky springs, no support. The heat/AC unit worked well. Someone was in the room above me and I could hear them stomping around constantly, even at night. Unfortunately, I had a family emergency and had to leave early around noon. I notified the front desk around 1pm and asked for a refund for the following night's stay, since I wouldn't be there. They said they'd call me back right away with an answer. Of course, they never called me. I've been emailing them as well with no reply. So I wasted over $100. I'll never stay here again.

The staff at this hotel was wonderful! We needed a place to stay Becuase we were attending the World Cup at MIR! It was super last minute and they accommodated our needs and we found a hotel that was only a 20 min drive from the raceway

Pros: The staff at the front desk was very nice and I was glad the fridge had a freezer. Cons: Facility reeked of smoke, but my room was OK Chain on the door was missing. For a single female traveler this is important. Bath towels tiny and thin, I had to use two. Internet not working and cell signal not getting through, I think due to the cement blocks the hotel is built out off. No blanket, just a sheet. I do not recommend.

Thought I booked a non smoking room but when I got there they said I booked a smoking room and they were unable to give us a non smoking room. Understand but we never smoked and the room smell was terrible..........Thankfully we were only there 1 night. Likely will not ever book there again because of being not so clean either....

I will start off by saying the Staff was good. Helpful and nice. But first thing to greet me when I walked in was a over whelming smell of Marijuana. The room was meh the mattresses were Hard the pillows were thin and tiny and the shower walls had hair all over them, looked like a Yeti showered before me. Location was on a main road so anything you needed was close by.
