This place was amazing. It was our first time to yokohama and this hotel gave us the best spot for travel around.

This is my second time I stayed this hotel, location is great and safe, 5 mins walk to the train station. Enjoyed the spa the most. Will stay again when vist Tokyo next time

Great Stay
Great stay at a reasonable price. Came to Yokohama to visit relatives for the holidays. APA was one of the best values for our money and we were not disappointed. Clean comfortable room that was quiet and allowed us to relax. View of the harbor, if you stood on the bed, but still a view of the harbor that I enjoyed watching the ships come and go.

Hot like suana. They should have option for cold air instead of hot since the aircond is heated. And window is not opened. We were sweating like pigs. My room is like suana. The corridor of my room is much much cooler than room.

Room was too hot and uncomfortable. Wish they would allow guests to control room temperature easier. Location and amenities were nice.

While the hotel is nice, it's quite big and crowds are not well managed and you have a lot of delays everywhere. From check in to waiting time in the elevators. The spa is nice but often very crowded. The rooms are quite small but they come with all the necessary amenities.

Improvement suggestions
The lighting around the hotel area isn't that great out on the streets after 11pm... As usual, the spa area can be kept cleaner and not full of hair and stuff around. Could make the spa smell nicer would be great. The pay parking machines weren't working well... Couldn't pay with my credit card. So annoying. Needs to be upgraded or fixed. Allow other methods of payment would be nice. Elevator service needs to improve. Always crowded and busy.

Too hot in the room and fire announcem
1. You can not adjust room temp. It is control by hotel. Window do not open so I had to leave door open to cool room temp. 2. Second night about Midnight, there was a public announcement repeating "Fire on 20th floor is under control. " in both Japanese and very bad English and they repeated for 20 min. If it was under control, why repeated so long? It is at great location but I will not stay there again.

Poor quality level
The onsen area was dirty... Especially the change room area, toilet area, hair drying area and shower area. The toilet area in the Onsen Spa smells horrible and the garbage cans are always full and never empty. Plus missing toilet slippers to use. The hair drying area. One or two of the hair dryers don't work. Creating a line up. As for the change room area, there were garbage around on the ground. Shower area garbage cans were not empty. The edges of the onsen area also had garbage around too. Quite disappointing. No staff onsite to keep the place clean at all. Disappointed. . As well, housekeeping are super annoying. You tell them to come to do your room cleaning at 12:30 pm .. but they keep on coming every hour while you are trying to rest in the morning (because I'm not checking out yet until the following day... And I had a headache), is very unprofessional and frustrating. They should not come to my room until the request time, but they didn't follow the instructions and disturb my sleep 😴 time. Also, when checking out, it is also frustrating that we have to get our luggage cart by ourselves to check out. Navigating the hallways with the housekeeping stuff all over the hallways of the hotel is really bad. The housekeeping staff leave their stuff all over the place makes it hard to walk through the area to my room with the luggage cart in hand and leaving to get to the elevator too afterwards. It's quite dangerous navigating the messy hallways cause by them.

少し残念…
各地でアパホテルを利用すること多いため今回の旅行も連泊だったからアパホテルなら間違いなく快適に過ごせると思っていた チェックインの機械操作でスムーズにチェックインできず結局 人による処理が入ったので初めから人でのチェックインでもよかったのでは？ チェックアウトはカードキーを機械に入れるだけだったので とてもスムーズでよかった 駐車料金が高かった　まぁこれはしょうがないかとも思ったけど宿泊や連泊するにあたり　もう少しサービスがあってもよかったなと思った 部屋の空調が最悪だった 暑すぎて寝づらく何度も目を覚ました 温度調整ができず暑かったら空調切ってくださいとのこと 一括制御のようで部屋で調整できなかったのが辛かった 朝食ビュッフェは おいしかった 今後まったく利用したくないかと言われたら そうではないが また泊まることがあれば何か改善されていることを願います
