"Their recommendation of Juan Carlos as a taxi service made the trip for us.
He took us to Raquira and suggested a wonderful new terracotta park and the fossil museum. The next day he took us to the ancient observatory, Ponzo Azule, and an ostrich farm. The third day he drove us to San Gil. He was very patient waiting for us as we visited all the sites and offered explanations of the area. His rates are very resonable and cheaper and faster than taking the bus for 3 people.

"El Hotel suele sobre vender sus habitaciones, a pesar de que pagas el servicio por adelantado y cuando uno llega a presentarse, dicen que te devuelven el dinero y que no te dan la habitación. Que resuelvas como puedas.
Una pésima experiencia.
Un mal servicio.
Unas personas que no les interesa el bienestar de sus huéspedes.
Muy desafortunada la experiencia. "

"We were visiting family in Duitama and stayed at the hotel for 3 days with our children. The hotel is a newer hotel, there is a really good service from the staff and it is clean and nice. The breakfast is Colombian with everything that belongs to it. There is a gym and the city's best shopping center next to the hotel"

"The hotel is located in a low hill and you get an amazing view. The staff is very friendly and they really make you feel that you are important to them. Highly recommended for a short break. The only reason why I didn't give the highest mark is because I got a room with now view :( "

"Outstanding family owned big property! I think it has to be the best place in that area. They are very passionate to make you have a great experience there. I think that is the most honest way to describe this stay. Peaceful wonderful vibes. "

"Stayed 3 nights. We had a reasonably spacious room with a Juliet balcony with partial view of the town and of the surrounding mountains. Good shower with plenty of hot water. Comfortable bed. However, no windows - only balcony door and room was rather warm with no fan or air con.
Friendly helpful staff. Breakfast was ok but nothing special. Didn't much care for the dining area and there are no drinks or snacks available at the hotel.
