"My husband and I had never been to Turkey. We booked this trip based on the hotel and it didnt dissappint. It is adult only and caters to all types of holiday makers. We had a beach bungalow which was very close to the relax pool, which is where we spent most of our time. There was a larger pool which offered a more lively experience, but thats not what we were after. The buffet food offered a huge selection however at lunch we ate at the snack bars, where I have to say, the food was AMAZING!...

"Nice hotel in general. Large comfortable rooms with AC. Clean in general, but smelly pillow covered by a clean pillow case was really disappointing (could be an isolated event). Packed with an incredible amount of tourists at this time of the year, I feel that the hotel is overwhelmed by the number of guests during peak season. Great buffet but 20 minute wait standing in line for any grill item. Not overpriced. If you don’t mind an overcrowded modern hotel, this place can be a good choice."

"Hotel was good, but staff training and coordination lacked big time. Front office team was really bad, knowledge and communication did not appear, they could not even answer simple questions, can’t fix their own mistakes. They were not trained at all. "This is a nice family hotel for a reasonable price. Stuff is very friendly and smily. The room we stayed in was very good, spacious and clean, with a nice shower and a huge balcony. "We stayed at this property last year and enjoyed it that’s why we decided to return this year again. "I really enjoyed my visit to Pegasos Royal Hotel. There weren’t really any negatives. "The original room turned out not to have a view so we asked for a change which meant adding a small bed, as all 3 of the seaview rooms just had double beds.
