The hotel is let down by the relentless desire from staff to close the pool by 6pm, aggressively pulling umbrellas down from 5.40pm and generally feeling like you’re an inconvenience are the pool, whilst on holiday. The hotel is clean, the food is fine (although 3 or 8 of us had food related illness) and the location on the coast is perfect. The views are 5 star but it certainly isn’t a 5 star resort. Wouldn’t return or recommend but it was fine for a week...

"Beautiful location. Checkin was a bit onerous. It seems to cater to an all-inclusive international crowd. We had stayed the week before and enjoyed an upgrade. We decided to re-book on the way back. Unfortunately, the air conditioners in one room were not working well and dripped on the bed and the suitcases. No other rooms were offered. We’re waiting to see if we can get some kind of refund as we couldn’t sleep with water dripping on us."

All the couples - even with small children - are not the problem - but the groups of friends can be too loud and destroy the atmosphere. Luckily noone got drunk in an ugly way.
