More than just Tulips. Great beach to watch the sunset. Also has nice quirky bronze statues in downtown area. Great spot to stop for the night after a long coastal drive from Chicago.

Holland is only known for tulips during May. Other than that there's nothing to rave about. There's no swimming beach and no hiking place in the area.
"I booked a two-night stay on short notice. The young man at the front desk was pleasant & efficient when I arrived.
The room was clean & well-appointed with a single king bed.
My only reasons for deducting one point is that the towels weren't supposed to be changed out except after three days. There is a small sign on the bathroom mirror at the lower left hand corner stating this. I also had the "do not disturb" door hanger out while I was away from the hotel but the room was entered anyway to change out the towels. I always make up my bed when I arise so that wasn't the point of entering the room.
The second reason for 9-points is that while my room was at the elevator which was a noisy area, the large laundry bins were left in the alcove in front of my door. I could still enter/exit my room with considerable room to spare though.
I will definitely stay at this location again. It was a pleasure & everyone was nice."
"Great place to stay for our family’s weekend vacation in Holland. Close to everything including shops (good for picking up forgotten items like swim suits). "
