"Great room, very comfortable. Asked for a high floor and received one. Restaurant/Bar downstairs was great, will be even better with the construction finished and the outdoor patio open. My only complaint is that there was construction going on every day - the workers were noisy (some were walking the roof without harnesses!), and there was scattered roof debris on my patio throughout my stay (5 nights). The rest was great, parking was easy, and I love how

The first time we stayed, there was hot breakfast (pancakes, hashbrown patties and i think eggs and bacon?)included in the lobby, the next 2 times there was cold breakfast(yogurt, fruit, muffins, juice etc)available to take back to your room. This time there was only coffee and only on the 2nd morning. That part was a let down but the overall cost for a

The only frustration was the breakfast set up. You go to a nearby location to get it so it’s not onsite - 3 blocks away, no biggie. However we waited 30-45 mins each day to order bc there were only 2 staff on and multiple hotels use their breakfast service. The food is really good (3 nice options) but the wait really cut into our day....

near there. Kootenay national park is on the way there and there are trails to stop by and see all the amazing sceneries. Marble canyon and paint pots is a must trails to go. We did not have time to do all of them. It was a wonderful trip to Banff in August 2024."

"Host is very pleasant which made for easy checkin. The room was clean and quaint. Offered small sitting area with small kitchenette. A separate bedroom with very comfortable queen bed. Roku streaming service was a plus. Large walk-in shower was excellent.
