Revelstoke is a fascinating town with an interesting history. You have an opportunity to see a huge wooden big head dating back to the 1930's that Peter Fucco created during his leisure time. He was a worker who participated in the Big Bend Highway.

We were on a family ski trip and we had a great time skiing RMR. It's a very challenging mountain so if you like to ski green & blue runs I would recommend checking out another resort with more beginner& intermediate runs-ie.Big White,Sun Peaks.

Railway Museum and the Meadows in the Sky Parkway are recommended. Central Revelstoke is nice too. Lots of dining options. Disappointed the Revelstoke Dam visitor centre was closed.

Downtown is small but charming. There were a lot of road and construction works in town when we were there. Some nice trails a short drive away. It was a nice place for a stop between Banff and Whistler.

It was quiet this time of year - more of a skiing destination in the winter. We enjoyed learning about the history at the local museum. Also enjoyed visiting the Hydro Dam.

We only spent a short time in the town due to weather, but the downtown core was so lovely! We would love to return and enjoy it more next time!
"I booked this property 10-mins before checking in. A previous booking that we had booked didn’t have our room clean and ready despite having done mobile check in. Promptly cancelled that and booked at the VRGE.
We should have booked here’s from the beginning! Super friendly staff, clean rooms, good location and great common area! So happy to have ended here given where we started. The VRGE saved the trip and Revy experience."
"It's the best place for 5 people to stay. I think I'll remember it as a place where I stayed very satisfied. I made another reservation tomorrow, and I'll come here again next time. It's very convenient for electric car owners because there's also an EV charger. I highly recommend here."
"We had a great stay at Grizz hotel. Our rooms were clean and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. We’d recommend the Grizz to anyone who stay in Revelstoke."
"We really enjoyed staying here. The dining room was comfortable enough for a large group, the beds were clean, the kitchen was easy to use, and I would stay there again."
