"There was just one woman working at the hotel and numerous guests had issues. She was completely overwhelmed. An off-duty maintenance worker came BACK in as he was heading home from work because he heard that there were so many issues (room locks not working, other in-room issues, etc). It is a little out dated, but it was clean...I kinda like the nostalgia of the hotel..i was surprised when we arrived kinda late, around 11:30, that there was a small bar with a bar tender still there. Cute little atea for breakfast.. I was your typical free breakfast. "The room was on par with typical motel rooms for the same price point. The room was clean, had all of the necessities, and was bug-free. It, along with the general facility, could use some updating. What made a difference for me was the staff. Linda (owner, I'm assuming) was very helpful and went out of her way to make sure i was comfortable for my stay (over several days). Had a nice discussion with her husband as well. Made me really feel at home."

"It's a "tired" hotel that is need of some upgrading (i.e. carpets are worn, window had toilet paper sealing up an air gap between panes). Staff at check-in were unsure about processes (insisted on making a photo-copy of guest driver's licences...bit of a security concern for me. Feel free to verify ID for credit card purposes but making an actual copy of ID to keep on file is concerning). The free breakfast was good and there is lots of parking."
