Atlanta has a lot of work to do on itself and could use all the support it can get. That doesn't mean it's bad. It means it's a young city constantly reinventing itself, and that is the wisdom of this place. Not enough places serve grits anymore.

I lived in Atlanta one summer when I Co-Op'd with IBM. I'm amazed at how much greater it has become. I love it and will be back for some Falcon games!! Speaking of, Mercedes-Benz stadium is amazing and off the hook. They killed it!

Atlanta is a hot city so you're going to see how significant the homeless problem is. There is a strong security and police presence so I felt very safe walking around. Lots to do and lovely people. Thanks, Atlanta! xoxo

I had a blast seeing the sights, parks, and cultural attractions. Food was also great. Parking around Atlanta is a challenge, you need to be prepared to pay in private lots.
"From the time we arrived (valet) to checking out(today), everything and everyone was AMAZING.
VALET, always had a smile, was so helpful and personable, such a joy
FRONT DESK, Marlon... He's such a bright light, funny, so down to earth!
The lady at the mini drink stand(I'm sorry I forgot her name) she's beautiful inside and out!
HOUSEKEEPING, so nice and sweet
BREAKFAST, Tash(Taj), was such a joy. She was working the tables alone initially and handled it like a star. Her manager (I didn't get his name... Wearing a nice blue suit, bald head, facial hair) asked her "honey are you up here alone? What do you need help with". That made my hubby and I smile.
Later that day,the manager was talking to a lady wearing a pretty floral dress, I'm assuming she's part of the manger team, they were so kind and told me happy birthday (everyone who knew it was my birthday made me feel special).
I didn't want to forget anything above...now for my review
Walking in is beautiful. Again, EVERYONE was so nice, always smiling. Check-in with Marlon was top notch!
Elevators ran great, always clean. The hallway was always clean. The gym is nice and clean!
Our room was clean and very nice(thank you again Marlon). My only sad face was the bed. For us, it's toooo soft and the pillows. The bathroom light, I wish had better lightening for doing makeup. But, it won't stop us from booking the SHANE!
Valet parking is 50 per night but you can prepay for a slight discount. "

"Excellent location, GREAT staff (the gentleman who checked me in Sun, 3 Aug 25, @ 9PM, was awesome!! His service with a smile and quick check in made a very nice end to a full day of travel. The outstanding customer service he provided is well above what's offered at both domestic & international hotels. After 25+ years traveling for work he is easy in the top 1% of front desk staff and deserves an immediate raise in pay. His stellar service is 100% the reason I will recommend Atlanta's Hilton Garden in on Sullivan to all family & friends staying over night."
