We came thur/Fri and it was not busy at all which was a nice surprise. It is a short 1.75 hour drive from SLC. There are a few more places to eat. The rooftop bar was nice although small selection on draft beer. Mixed drinks from can.

Fun little town; not sure I'd want to be there in tourist season. Nice and quiet in May.

Not a lot of options on a Sunday night in the winter, but still a cool little town.

"The rooms are small but very well kept up. The bed was comfortable. When we opened the door in the bathroom it went out to a patio with chairs. It was easy to walk to the river. They setup a kid friendly movie after dark. served popcorn and cotton candy. I would definatly stay again.

"The property was convenient to the river for tubing, hot springs, and food options. Parking was close and free. The hotel was very quaint and quiet, and we appreciated the gift of a discount for tubing, the free use of hot springs rooms onsite, and the tasty breakfast that was included. There was even a room upstairs with jigsaw puzzles. :)"
"The cabins are so clean, comfortable and very close to everything. The fire pit was such a great addition to our stay. Overall this is the best place to stay when visiting Lava Hot Springs. "
