"So when my husband and I finally arrived at the extended stay suites, checked in and when we went to our room, it was about 88 degrees in the room and about 90 outside, bc the AC was not on. My husband and I tried to turn it on etc finally I walked to the front desk a little annoyed, I drove about 7 hrs to get there, the guy at the front desk, was extremely nice, radioed maintenance right away, and within 30 secs the maintenance guy was at the room, he tried fixing it, however after about 5 mins the maintenance guy, radioed back to front desk and they moved us right away and only across the hall so we didn’t have to pack everything up again and drive or walk far. It was very quiet, pleasant people all around and EXTREMELY clean…I would totally stay here again…."
