"The hotel didnt care about a reservation and gave our room to someone else. He had to look for another hotel. The guy from the reception said that he didnt had the reservation but he clearly gave the room to someone else, right when we were arriving."
"Angie our receptionist upon check-in was very friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff were equally as friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean. The area around the hotel was excellent, within easy walking distance to the center of town and a number of eating establishments and tourist sites. On-site parking was available, but there were a limited number of stalls and it was quite tight for our mid-size car, there was also some street parking available."
