The staff were outstanding—Jaime in particular went above and beyond, and concierges Gustavo and Salvador were incredibly helpful with tips and bookings. Breakfast was delicious with attentive service, and the location was perfect: safe for evening walks and surrounded by great dining options. We can’t wait to return!"

"Hotel was nice and in a convenient location close to tourist attractions, local vendors, shops, food options. Location was in a safe area as well. The sofa in the hotel was dirty and stained but other than that, it was pretty clean. "

"What an amazing experience at Gran Hotel. From the moment you step in the lobby you'll be welcomed by one of the ushers that take care of guests. For us it was Isaías that showed us around and took us to our room. We had a zócalo view and the room was beautiful. We got a champagne welcome and received a bottle of wine and a custom made desert plate with our name on it written in chocolate in our room. Thank you to all of the personnel that made our stay so comfortable. "

"My husband and I stayed here for a rather short stay on a layover waiting for a flight but were able to take advantage of some sights and get some rest while we waited to head back to the airport. Honestly, they have the most comfortable hotel bed that we have ever slept in! I only wish we could have stayed a bit longer to enjoy some more rest. I would definitely consider a future stay here for a longer period of time. "
